TamTrak currently connects major European cities (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland) with Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. We are expanding to new corridors regularly — check the Network page for the latest coverage.

Delivery typically takes 1–5 days depending on the route. Timing can also depend on handovers and any applicable border or customs processes. The app shows the shipment information available for your booking.

Price is based on the volumetric weight of your parcel (length × width × height ÷ 5000), logistcis options (Shipement Pickup and delivery options -Home, Hub...)the actual weight, and the origin/destination corridor. The heavier or larger figure is used. All prices shown include basic (Receiver may need to pay extra if Co-transporteur can present a valid customs receipt) customs processing.

No hidden fees. The price shown in the app is the shipment price and includes estimated customs duties and taxes where applicable. Additional customs duties, taxes or other customs-related charges may apply depending on the route, the shipment’s full contents and the outcome of customs screening.

At any of Co-transporteur facilities, our drop-off points — convenience stores, cafés, tobacconists and other partner businesses. Enter your postcode on the booking page or on the Track page to find the nearest point to you.

Use a sturdy box or padded envelope appropriate for the contents. Fragile items must be wrapped in bubble wrap with at least 5cm of padding on all sides. Do not seal all openings with strong packing tape to facilitate Parcel verification process by Co-transporteur or Hub. Do not use string or paper tape. Your drop-off point can provide TamTrak-branded tape for free and when available TamTrak-branded boxes for a small fee.

Enter your TamTrak tracking number (format: TTTTT-YYYY-CCCCC-XXXXXX) on the Track page — no login needed. You can also download the TamTrak app for real-time notifications at every milestone and live follow the Co-transporteur route. Your tracking number is in your booking confirmation email.

Prohibited items include: weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, illegal substances, live animals, perishable food without prior approval, counterfeit goods, currency and negotiable instruments, and items prohibited by customs authorities of the origin or destination country. Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in confiscation, fines and account termination.

If a shipment is lost or damaged, document the issue and contact the relevant Co-transporter and TamTrak support promptly with your tracking number and any available photos or details. Coverage depends on the shipment, declared value and applicable insurance terms and limits. Additional cover may be available at checkout depending on the country and shipment.
