Register your facility details — location, available floor space, and operating hours. Takes under 5 minutes.

KYC & Facility Verification

Upload your business registration, proof of address and facility photos. A TamTrak operations agent may schedule an on-site visit for hubs above 500m².

Go Live & Start Earning

Receive your Hub Management System (HMS) credentials, hardware kit and onboarding training. Accept your first inbound loads within days of approval.

What you'll need for verification

Government-issued ID or passport
Business registration certificate
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
Facility photos (interior + exterior)
Confirmation of CCTV coverage
IBAN for receiving payments

KYC review typically takes 24–48 hours after document submission.
