Download the TamTrak app and create an account. Enter the origin, destination, weight and dimensions, or select an object from the list. See your final price in seconds, pay and track your shipment.

Drop Off Your Parcel

Print your label and drop off your parcel at any TamTrak drop-off point or hub. A QR scan confirms the handover in seconds.

Track to the Door

You and your recipient get live updates at every stage. Delivery confirmed with a digital proof-of-delivery signature.

Packaging Requirements

✓ Sturdy box or padded envelope appropriate for contents
✓ Fragile items: minimum 5cm bubble wrap padding on all sides
✓ Seal all openings with strong packing tape (no string or paper tape)
✓ Label must be printed and attached flat on the largest face
✓ Maximum dimensions: 120×80×80cm per parcel
✓ Maximum weight: 35 kg per parcel. Selected larger objects may exceed this limit. If the object you want to ship isn’t listed in the TamTrak app, contact us and we’ll check whether we can add it.
✓ No prohibited items: weapons, flammables, live animals, counterfeit goods
