Frequently Asked Questions — For Hub Partners
Everything you need to know about operating a TamTrak consolidation hub.
Hub requirements depend on the location, expected shipment flow and the role the facility will perform in the TamTrak network. The space must be suitable for secure shipment handling and storage. TamTrak reviews the facility and operating capacity during onboarding.
No prior logistics experience is required. TamTrak provides full onboarding training, the Hub Management System (HMS), barcode scanners, a label printer and ongoing operational support. If you can manage a warehouse, you can run a TamTrak Hub.
The equipment and systems needed to operate a TamTrak Hub are confirmed during onboarding and documented in the Hub Operator Agreement. Responsibilities may vary by location and operating model.
Hub compensation depends on the services performed, shipment activity, location and the terms agreed with TamTrak. The applicable rates and payment terms are set out in the Hub Operator Agreement.
Yes. You set a maximum parcel capacity in the HMS at any time. TamTrak will never route more volume to your hub than your stated maximum. You can adjust this in real time — for example, reducing capacity during peak periods or public holidays.
