Welcome to TamTrak — The Smart, Decentralised logistics platform connecting Europe and North Africa with intelligent routes, trusted hubs, accessible Drop-off Points and verified Co-Carriers for seamless shipment services.
This Terms package governs all use of the TamTrak Platform. It ensures clarity across all participants and sets out the rights and obligations of each party. The package comprises the following documents:

By using the Platform, each participant agrees to the Terms applicable to their role. Where a participant acts in more than one capacity (for example, as both a Sender and a Hub Operator), they are bound by the Terms applicable to each role separately.
TamTrak reserves the right to update or amend any Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance with the notice period specified in the relevant document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
⚑ Notice periods for amendments vary by role: 30 days for Senders, Hub Operators, and Drop-off Point Operators; 30 days for Co-Carriers (updated from prior version). See the relevant Terms for full details.
