This Website and App are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 2.1 Usage Data

When you use the Tamtrak website, we may collect usage data such as pages visited, clicks, session duration, IP address, device and browser information, and approximate geographic location.

  • Source: Google Analytics, used only on the Tamtrak website and not in the Tamtrak mobile app.
  • Purpose: Website analysis and service improvement.

2.2 Account Data

  • Name, login, email address
  • Purpose: Service provision, communication, security

2.3 Profile Data

  • Name, email, profile picture, date of birth, location, website, and other profile info
  • Note: Real name and email are not displayed to other users

2.4 Logging Data

  • Project names, uploads/downloads, profile/content changes, forum activity
  • Note: Does not include sensitive access credentials

2.5 Driver Location Data

  • Real-time GPS location collected only while the app is actively in use
  • Purpose:
    1. Parcel tracking for senders
    2. Route proposals for drivers based on parcel bookings (accept/reject)
    3. Optimize delivery planning and service efficiency
  • Drivers must grant explicit consent
  • Location data is retained only as long as necessary
  • Drivers can revoke permission or close the app to stop collection

2.6 Delivery Contact Data

  • Phone number and delivery/pickup address
  • Purpose: Facilitate parcel pickup and delivery; communicate with sender/recipient
  • Shared with the assigned driver only; not sold or shared for marketing
  • Retained only as long as necessary

2.7 Payment Information

  • Processed via Stripe or PayPro Global
  • Includes credit card/PayPal info, billing address
  • Responsibility for storage rests with the payment processor

2.8 Cookies & Anonymous Data

  • Cookies store preferences, login state, and browsing behavior
  • Anonymous/aggregated data used to improve services

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Website and App
